I found the place a great value for the money with a cozy private room, a spacious clean shared bathroom, and a comfortable bed.

the place was a short walk to a bus station. i had a guest room and it was cosy with a big clean shared bathroom and a clean comfortable bed.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The employees were helpful and attentive. The room was great value for money and clean and the bathroom clean. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included central heating, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator...

We stayed at this lovely hotel twice, before and after our W trek. the staff was incredibly helpful with luggage storage and calling taxis. Perfect location for a short drive to the bus terminal, and walking distance to downtown area for groceries and food. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and a variety of breakfast options. The owner is accommodating and even allowed us to store our bags during the trek. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The double room I stayed in at Hostal B&B Coastal Natales was amazing! It had a cozy kitchenette with kitchenware, perfect for making my own meals. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for chilling out. The bed linen provided added a touch of comfort and luxury to my stay. As a laid-back traveler, I truly felt at home here.

That the room didn't have a microwave. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Great location, close to transportation and attractions and it has a friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the shared bathrooms were modern and clean. It was also nice to have a self-served and plentiful breakfast available.

Be cautious if you don't speak Spanish as the language barrier can affect your plans. There was confusion about the bus terminal to Torres del Paine and we ended up missing our bus and having to book an expensive taxi.

Great spot for starting your explorations around here. Really had a nice variety of breakfast options like tea, cereals, cakes, eggs, and cheese - yum! 🍳

Convenient location! 🚌 This place is just a stone's throw away from the bus station and the buzz of the main town center, making it super easy to get around. the room we stayed in was well-equipped with a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and even a cozy dining space. Plus, the bathroom was spacious and had all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

The staff here are absolutely amazing - so helpful and friendly! The family vibe makes you feel right at home. The rooms are basic but surprisingly comfortable and extremely clean. The shared bathrooms are always spotless with hot showers available, and there was never a queue. The location is quiet and just a short walk from the center and bus station. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and was available very early in the morning, perfect for catching an early bus. The fast WiFi and communal area were perfect for meeting other trekkers. They even stored our bags for a week while we did the O-Trek.

I really liked how my room was set up - the bed was nice and comfy, and the shared bathroom was big and spotless. 🛏️

The lady owner was super nice and welcoming, the hostel was a short walk from the city center, the WiFi was stable and fast, the rooms and toilets were clean with no problems with hot water, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Great location, walking distance to main areas. Clean with shared bathrooms. Simple but sufficient breakfast with all necessary amenities. Owner can arrange taxis and reliable Uber available. Recommended.
